I paid him the $7,000 for materials he delivered at my home to use for the roof. I got a call from the company supplying the materials that he never paid them. They put a lean on my house because this man took my money but never paid them. I ended up paying the supplier the $2400.00 that Brandley owed them because I didn't want to have a lean on my house any more.
Every time I asked Brandley about it he acted like he would take care of it but he never did. I contacted the state licensing board and they contacted him. He told them he would pay me back but he never did. I haven't heard from them since. Pete Brandley is very argumentative and rude as well.

The job was completed in a timely manner and at a competitive price. Peter Brandley was at the job site to insure that the work was done correctly and to my satisfaction.

WE CALLED A FEW ROOFING COMPANIES, BUT BRANDLEY WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT COULD GET OUT THERE RIGHT AWAY, WHILE IT WAS STILL RAINING. THEY PUT ON A TEMP PATCH, THEN DID THE COMPLETE REPAIR AS SOON AS THE RAIN STOPPED.
