Replaced furnace's ignitor

I was able to schedule a next-day appointment with Todd and he was very prompt. He was friendly, very efficient and thorough and was very reasonable in his pricing. Excellent professional! Would strongly recommend.

Came out within a couple hours to assess problem. Was able to fix the problem within 20 minutes (had the part with him in truck). Had planned to come back the next day if the issue required a part he did not have with him. Friendly.

It was a Friday night in February, it was cold, and my heat pump was not putting out heat. I looked on-line for help, wondering whether anyone would be available on the weekend. Home Advisor found Awesome Heating & Air Conditioning for me--the only company available in my area at that time--and Todd called shortly after and made an appointment for 8 a.m. Saturday. He did an excellent job of checking my heat pump, cleaning my filter that was high up in the ceiling in the hallway, and checking the thermostat. The old thermostat was the source of the problem. He had a new one in his truck that would work with my heat pump. It was a familiar brand, Honeywell. He installed it and programmed it to my preferences and showed me how it worked. He was very friendly and took the time to explain details about heat pumps and environmental regulations, as I asked because I had bought a new heat pump in 2010 and knew that the regulations had changed after that as to what type of coolant could be used. The price was fair and I will be having Todd come back once a year to check my heat pump and clean the filter that is up too high in the ceiling for me to reach. I am very pleased and recommend Todd very highly.

Came out the same day for a look and had a fair estimate the following day. He installed a complete new central Air system with in the week. The only reason I can't give a full 5 stars is because Todd wasn't able to complete my repair in one trip. As far as the quality of the work, his promptness, the explanation of what was needed and his customer service, everything was excellent and I would highly recommend him.

While they were very responsive, on time, and very cordial - he mis-diagnosed the problem and wanted to sell us a part at several hundred dollars. We purchased the part ourselves at a savings, just to discover that the one we had was perfectly fine. The problem we later found was just a bad wire that my husband fixed himself. I was very disappointed in that we spent $300.00 and he really should have been able to fix it for jsut the $100.00 he charged for the service call. He just wanted to sell us parts that we didnt need.

todd was prompt, called ahead, explained what he intended to do. when there was a problem he was eager to set it right.

They did an excellent job at a decent price, and finished in a day. We definitely recommend them.

Todd is an awesome guy - he installed a great product for a great price in a very professional way. He knows what he's talking about and does all the necessary research to ensure what he's going to install is backed up. Instead of a 13-SEER Freeon unit which other companies had said was my only choice working with my current furnace, he figured that even a Puron 15-SEER unit would work perfectly fine w/ my furnace after replacing the coil. And he was right - both blower stages of my furnace work fine with the new unit. Cheers!
