Technician was on time and after troubleshooting identified problem as bad coil/conductor system and gave me an estimate of what repair cost would be. I decided to buy a new refrigerator because the defective one was old and repair cost would have been high. Newer refrigerator is also more energy efficient.

THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT ON TIME, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND ORDERED THE NECESSARY PARTS. HE RETURNED A FEW DAYS LATER AND INSTALLED THE NECESSARY PART AND THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED.
