Atom sales personnel were helpful and fully explained the options/features of the new laundry appliances without seeming to steer our purchase. We selected the Whirlpool and quot;Duetand quot; appliances and while the price at Atom may have not been the lowest, it was certainly fair, and the lack of pressure made it worth the few dollars of extra cost.

Turns out the problem was a leak in the plumbing that was running out under the washer. Atom put me in contact with a contractor that did a really good job of fixing the leak and repairing the wall. Contractor also replaced the old flexible dryer vent line that the house builder had installed to run for about 20 feet to an outside wall with a hard vent line that should have been there from the start. Bottom line is that we probably could have gotten along a while longer on the old washer and dryer but they had both been repaired once, and we now have shiny new efficient appliances.

The repairman from Atom Appliance did a great job. Our refrigerator defrost drain system was leaking and water was getting all over our floor every night. We thought that we might need a new refrigerator, but decided to give Atom a crack at repairing it. We've used them before with good results. The repairman came out on time, immediately diagnosed the situation, and made the necessary repairs. In this case, the drain line had become plugged up and that was the reason for the entire problem. Once he cleared the clog from the drain line, everything started working properly and we have not had any problems since. We will definitely use them as needed in the future.

Excellent service, excellent prices. When my seven-year-old Kenmore refrigerator died, I did some research, visited several of the big box stores, and several other small businesses. I knew of Atom Appliance and was so delighted when I visited their store. Small "Momand Pop"-type of operation, but competitively priced and brand merchandise with personal attention! I not only would recommend this vendor, I have gone back to this vendor for two more appliances this year!

ATOM APPLIANCE TECH WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE DID NOT TRY TO CHEAT US BY TAKING A LONG TIME TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, HE JUMPED IN, AND FIGURED IT ALL OUT.
