Went with them based information that they had the flooring in stock. They did not have it in stock it took awhile to get the flooring. Which delayed the walk in closet installation by over two weeks. The owner's son did the install, he knows what he is doing, but probably does not do the best job, seems to be learning, you need to keep an eye on the work. Does not always take suggestions with the best attitude. Also brought wrong materials to do the work, it was just a mix up and was fixed. They did not have the best customer oriented service.

It was very nice. The bathrooms are beautiful. It's really nice when you turn the lights on at night. It was nice to have them as a general contractor and not having to worry about getting everybody together to do stuff. I really like them. I paid $17,000 to have my 2 bathrooms done and it include nice marble countertops and then tiles for the floor. They used a type of adhesive grout in the shower where it doesn't get mold on it. They showed up pretty good.

We contracted Ashley Interiors to removate our home. The dining room and living room wall was opened to create a twelve-foot archway in order to open up the space. They relocated the electrical outlets, put in new wallboard, textured, and painted the wall area. New casement was added around the opening, the kitchen door was removed and casement created to match the new opening. New baseboards were installed throughout the dining room, living room, entryway, and hall. The dining room rug and flooring were removed and new hardwood added to match the hardwood in the rest of the house. They wove the new wood into the old wood in the living room, to create a seamless transition between the rooms, after which they sanded, stained, and sealed all the floors in the dining room, living room, entry, and hall.
Throughout the work schedule they sealed off the work areas to keep the rest of the house as clean as possible, were prompt, worked hard, and did a professional job. We are very happy with the end result and look forward to working with them in the future.

They were expensive but they had exactly what I wanted. The service was good but the prices were not the lowest.

Where to begin... We had a big project and really wanted a one-stop shop to address it. We couldn't be happier with the materials, workmanship and service provided by Donna at Ashley Interiors and JR of On Time Builders. I can't begin to tell you how many hours Donna sat with us in the design phase. I remember a time or two when my wife and I were unsure of a particular choice, and Donna would help us talk through the pros and cons. There were a number of times even though the shop was closing, Donna would continue with her consultation. I have to comment on her documentation as well - I have never seen someone so well organized. She literally had a binder on "us", that spelled out the history of the design process from start to finish.On Time Builders was phenomenal in their execution of the remodeling that took place. The entire crew were professional, courteous, and committed to the job. JR was often on site and even if he wasn't he was always available for questions, comments or concerns. The crew was always prompt, and worked rain or shine. I remember when the cabinet installation was complete, I came home to the most beautiful window cleaning job I had ever seen. Hard to believe a contractor would clean your windows - (thank you Devin), but that's the kind of pride they have in their work. I remember Bruce finishing a crown molding job around our fireplace - boy did it make the whole thing pop! Bruce explained that since the fireplace is often a focal point, he wanted it to really stand out. We had asked JR to really help us at least have an oven in the wall in time for Thanksgiving, but instead he had ALL appliances and everything but a few peripheral things ready to go for our family holiday. We can honestly say the whole experience, from start to finish, was better than anything we had hoped for. I look forward to working with them on future projects.

I found them on Angie's List. They were overpriced. They are fast. One person came in, and he did the whole job in less than a day. He just stuck to his job. I chose them based on the ratings on Angie's List. I didn't like the price. I will not use them again because of the price.

We came to Ashley Interiors to pick out tile and carpet. Their staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted us in selecting the tile and grout and then helped us pick out a complementary carpet for an adjoining room. They worked with our time schedule and we will definitely return to them for any future flooring needs.

Their people were extremely professional. They called ahead and said when they would be there. They knew their stuff. It is not a huge place or big chain. I really liked them. They did a good job. I liked the personal service and they seemed to care about their customers. Their selection was very nice and I have bought area rugs there too. I've used them quite a bit. Their price was a little higher but their service made me decide that I would go there anyone.

Overall, it was an unbelievably positive experience. Not only did we get the design of adding two bedrooms and an office, while removing one existing bedroom upstairs, but we also rebuilt the structure underneath, my Man Cave. Ashley Interiors also did all the carpeting on not only the new structure, but also the remaining house needs. The addition was done with incredible reliability, they showed up everyday on time, rain or shine. They gave us updates on a regular basis. They did so many extras that I lost count. My wife is very particular about any construction, she is a perfectionist, and amazingly this company exceeded her high expectations as well. We have received a tremendous amount of compliments for their final product and how professional and quiet they were during the five month project. Ashley Interiors (run by Donna Ashley) was great with our selection of carpet and padding. They recommended a thick pad to go with two different carpets. A bit darker shade for my Man Cave, and a nice lighter shade for the remainder of the home including staircase. They provided a very reasonable price and installed it very smoothly. They moved the furniture gently and placed everything back in its proper place. As you can see, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anything you want done with Ashley Interiors and On-Time Builders! JR and Donna Ashley, Lance,Tim, Charles, Brandon were the main workers that really did an outstanding job! I hope this review was helpful for those looking for flooring/carpeting at Ashley Interiors as well as those looking for home reconstruction with On-Time Builders!!! Fantastic Job! They did a great job overall and repairs any squeaks we found. They ripped out the old floor and put in new flooring. They replaced any broken pieces and painted professionally. It was a big job and it took them about a week to install everything.

I received three bids locally with real flooring companies and these guys were the only ones that seemed to have their act together. One of the others never returned quote and the second gave me a verbal bid; not interested in a formal quote. It took a few weeks between accepting the bid and doing the work but the project came out nice and neat. Nice installer.

THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND MADE SURE WE WERE NOT PUT OUT OF OUR HOUSE FOR TOO LONG. THE QUALITY AND DESIGN OF THE TILE INSTALLED IS GREAT. NO PROBLEMS/CRACKS OR COMPLAINTS SO FAR!
