The tech arrived promptly, actually a few minutes early. We went over the details of what I wanted done. He described what he was going to do, and gave me an approximate time fir completion. once he was done, he wrote up a receipt and gave me an option of also getting a text of the receipt. Great service overall.

He was prompt, he did a great job, and there were no problems. I thought he was very good. Usually you have to wait around for someone to come, but he came right on time, he had everything that he needed, and he knew his stuff. The price was average and seemed like a great value.

Art's Security Locksmith were professional responsive and thorough. I did something to the lock at 10:30 at night to make it not function (playing with the self re-key mechanism) I called just to leave a message and my call was returned in minutes to make sure there was no emergency. I will definitely use their services again!

WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM AND THEY WERE ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. THEY CHANGED THE LOCKS ON THE FRONT AND BACK DOORS KEYING THEM ALIKE. THEY MADE ADDITIONAL KEYS FOR US AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
