A-1 FURNISHINGS REPAIR

Russ does absolutely excellent work in your home. He made one visit to evaluate the job and measure. He then provided an estimate over the phone. He came to the home one trip to take the chair apart so he knew what he needed and re-measure, then came back the next day and repaired the chair. He completely replaced the foam in the seat cushion and back which are sewn into the chair which is why he had to take it apart. He also added more foam to one arm that had flattened out.
The results were really excellent. We would definitely use him again.

The owner of A-1came to our home and picked up the heavy chairs, he took them to his shop and took the 4 dining room chairs apart, cleaned out the old glue, re-glued them, polished them and delivered them back to our home.  He was timely and very professional.  The chairs look great.  We will use his services again.  He does custom table pads and we need ours replaced.

He did an excellent job. He was close by. Very professional came to my house to pick up the furntiture repaired it and brought it back.

The service went very well. He did all the repairs in my home and he was prompt.

This repair required contacting the manufacture.  This was done in a timely manner by this company.  I was notified of the status of the  t on a regular basis.   Once the parts arrived the work was done in a timely manner and done very professionally.  I would use A-1 Furnishings again and recommend them to my friends.

Contractor did an excellent job.  He was meticulous in performing his tasks.  He systematically got the job done.  I would recommend him to other prospective customers.

It appeared we had two problems. I ended up having to order one of the parts myself. He came and fixed one of the problems, but was not able to fix the original problem. We have had to get rid of the sectional and buy something else that was functional.

Our recliners were killing our backs. We could not sit in them  We shopped for 2 new ones but could not find ones we liked. We then decided to have them fixed. Everything went well right from the start. Russ only services my area about once a week. He said he would call when his schedule was set, which he did a few days later. We set the appointment which he confirmed the day before arrival. He arrived on time and never wasted a minute while working.  When he finished one of the recliners was not very comfortable. Without a question he took it apart and immediately fixed it. Both recliners are now very comfortable and most importantly our backs are not aching. Before starting he brought in a blanket to set the recliners on while he worked and when he was finished he cleaned up all of the old foam. Very clean work.
His quote over the phone was very close to what we paid. We were very pleased with the total cost and the quality of the work.
I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Russ was very professional. He called  when he was delayed to let me know that he would be arriving a little later than expected. He not only repaired the chair arm, but went ahead and tightened some of the leather as he found it had become a little loose due to wear. His work lasted a little over an hour, but he only charged for one hour. Thanks, Russ!

LAZ-Y-BOY RECOMMENDED HIM. HE WAS EFFICIENT AND VERY ORGANIZED. REATTACHING THE ARM INVOLVED REMOVING THE FABRIC, FIXING THE ARM AND PUTTING FABRIC BACK IN PLACE. THE ARM IS NOW STURDIER THAN IT ORIGINALLY WAS. ALSO I HAVE ANOTHER ROCKER THAT I HAD A NEW SKIRT FOR. I DIDN'T KNOW WHERE TO TAKE IT TO HAVE THAT DONE. MR. KAMP HAD ENOUGH TIME TO INCLUDE THAT WORK ALSO, WHICH WAS VERY FLEXIBLE OF HIM TO DO AT THE LAST MINUTE.
