HIGH DESERT TOWING & RECOVERY

At this point, I am really suspicious, so I headed to the address of record for them on Pearblossom Highway so I could talk to someone in person.  Low and behold, there was my car!!!  Sitting in an impound lot with no attendant on duty and the gate locked!!!!!!!!!!!!  I became livid.  Only after making at least a half dozen phone calls did someone show up to take the car some almost 2 hours later.  Turns out it was the same SOB who had lied to me on the phone and the same one who picked the car up that morning.  So this gave me an opportunity to give him a piece of my mind.  He said "a more important call came in from the CHP"... What, they are more important?  They pay more for calls?  Or maybe he just went home since the auto shop didn't close until 4:00pm.  Either way, this is an atrocity.   They do not even deserve to be in business.  I will make sure they never touch another one of my cars again.
