Was willing to discuss over the phone the possible reasons my fridge wasn't getting cold and what each would cost to fix. Mike arrived in time for our appointment and even called when he was 10 minutes away. He quickly determined the defrost unit was broken, causing ice to build in the freezer and block air flow to the fridge. An $18 part which he carried with him. He was honest, efficient, and brought years of experience doing warranty work for most of the major brands. He doesn't do sales so there was no pressure to replace vs. repair. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended!!

Inspected and analyzed problem. Explained what was necessary to repair and correct problem, including when part ordred might arrive. Called right on target day to set time to install new part. Personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Will use again.

He arrived at the time he said he would. Very quickly he diagnosed the problem as a clog in the drain of the dishwasher. After clearing the drain, he then ran the dishwasher through 5 cycles to be sure that it was draining as it should. During this time he explained the procedure, the quality of our unit and traced the manufacturer history to the various quality of models available. He was very professional and courteous during the entire process and was finished in under 30 minutes.

When these efforts did not remedy the problem, he did not charge us for the part he had ordered. We only had to pay a $60.00 service call fee. He suggested that the part that failed, a part that he did not order without telling us about the cost, would be close to the cost of a new drier. He spoke highly of the older model driers that lacked computer boards. We took those observations under consideration. We went out and bought a used drier from an individual for $95.00. We called him about doing some minor repairs on the used drier when we got it home. He came and did that at no charge.
We considered his approach as honest, professional, and customer-friendly. We would recommend him.

I like everything about his services. He is punctual and friendly. He does a good job, obviously knowledgeable, and he does everything that he is supposed to do. He also orders some parts and he calls me when he comes in and informs me that he already ordered the parts.

I have a GE side by side that is almost 10 years old. It stopped getting cold in the freezer and in the frig. It has a digital read out so it is controlled by a computer board.
When I called Mr Mitchell, he promptly returned my call. He asked all the right questions and was able to give me an estimate over the phone and let me know what to expect, worst case scenarioe, price wise. He arrived on time - spot on - and quickly went to work and determined it was the computer board that needed replacing.
He did not hesitate to get on the phone to find the part. He was able to locate a distrbutor, on his first call, who had the part in stock. He left, returned with the part and installed it within 30 minutes. He was very professional and explained what he was doing as he went along. He put everything back in order and adjusted the temperature settings.
He let me know that he would return at no additional charge within 30 days if I had any problems.
On the invoice, he included the part number and the name of the distributer.
Overall, he was very professional and personable. I will definitely contact him in the future.
