GM Heating & Air

My heating system went out on my house. I had two other guys look at the problem.  The third guy actually told me what was wrong over the phone without even looking at my house.  He’s been in business for over 20 years.  He was very personable and professional and an awesome guy.  The first guy replaced a lot of things but I still had the issue.  The second guy came out and sent someone up to the attic to see what was going on.  I told the third guy, Greg, what was going on and how it was still happening after the other guys were here.  He said I either had insulation covering the venting area and it was causing the fan to go off all the time or something else going on with the venting.  He was absolutely correct.  There was insulation covering the venting area and it was causing the fan to come on but no heat was coming through.  Just by listening he figured out the venting in the attic was collapsing.  He had to get the home warranty company to allow him to finish the job.  He was so personable, professional, and awesome that I didn’t even mind that I wasn’t at home.  He had access to my attic through the garage. Now that he’s got it working properly he also told me what kind of filter to use. I had been using the worst one.  He was so sweet and he was immaculate in his work.  When he was here in March he got it fixed in two days.  Greg knew his stuff.  I have been handing his business card around at work. When I can afford it I'm going to have him put the air scrubber in.
