Dave was a little hard to get hold of, but when he time, he came by to give us an estimate. While he was here he took the time to answer my questions about my other trees. He did not try to sell me anything, he was just being helpful. The crew arrive exactly when scheduled and went right to work. The tree looks great. They did a nice job of cleaning up.

It worked out great. There was no extra charge. They were great. It was great. He was good with everything. He was very professional. He was very knowledgable and he gave lots of tips about the trees. It took a couple of hours to complete the work. They cleaned up everything. There is nothing they can improve on.

Within 2 days I received an email stating they would be in the area to give an estimate. I advised them I couldn't that date and we re-scheduled. They never showed during that time. I didn't call them again until after Christmas and we had a lot of back and forth. As of this morning; I called again to request a refund.

The work was performed very professionally.  The two trees were removed by lifting large branches and trunks, using their truck mounted crane, over a fence where they cutup the branches and ran through their chipper.   They were very careful in protecting the building and fence that were very close to the trees being removed.  The job site was very clean after the work was completed.  Dave and his crew were very nice to work with.  Extremely happy with the whole process.  Looking forward to working with them in the future to solve my tree needs.

Dave Rowan came and gave an estimate for removing five trees he considered beyond help. He and two helpers arrived several days later, on time. The two helpers immediately removed the trees in the front yard, while Dave started on the largest tree in the back yard. They cut off limbs and immediately put them in a shredder. They then removed the large trunks in pieces and placed them in the shredder. When I asked, Dave removed a limb from another tree that we had not identified for cutting and at no extra cost. They picked up large debris and swept and raked up smaller debris. They swept the street where some debris had drifted. After they departed the yards looked as if nothing had occurred except for the additional light in areas where the trees had been.
