This was a big deal purchase. It worked out well. They came out and got the job done. At the time we set it up at the allotted time. They did not damage anything and did what they said they were going to do. That is okay by me. They didn't damage anything, that is a positive, I guess. They replied, set up the appointment, came when they said they were and got the job done in about the same amount of time that they said they would be able to do it. They met all of the details of our agreement.
"sorry for you mistaken appointment [Member Name Removed] I have two reviews like this on angies list but none have contacted me through the messg center and nether one is in my data base through my web site. if you call and asked for an appointment through my web site all calls are recorded thus I have 5 different categories the call is placed in and the computer automatically prompts an update. and if you leave a mssg and don't hang up I will call back. as to if you reach me on my cell phone and do not have a scheduled appointment for that day . I try to fit you in but tell you that if you choose to be added for that days appointments I will call you after the scheduled appointment in front of you yes that means you are on stand by. and my not get in that day that is the risk you take to be added to that days already scheduled appointments. sorry if that is not clear as I have had this happen two times out of 120 that have ben taken care of in the last two months not a bad record in my opinion for a non scheduled time frame please use the angies list mssg center leave a through mssg with all information including your name your address and you phone number with best time to call. and if you choose to make an appointment we will get to you maybe not if you choose to be on stand by but than you had no scheduled appoint ment or we could look you up in the angies list mssg center or on my web site tks so much for your understanding and have a blessed day"
