I bought a short-sale house away out in the country and found out that the HVAC system was toast in the middle of a cold spell. Phil was recommended by my real estate agent and he was great! He virtually lived in my attic for about three weeks because the job was more difficult than he had anticipated, but he kept working on it because it really means something to him to do it right. He gave me an estimate for the job which I was all ready to accept, then called me about a week later to tell me that his supplier had just informed him of a price break on the equipment that would save me $1000 if I could wait another week -- which is what I did. Phil is competent, professional and efficient and a super nice guy!
