Everything was perfect. They showed up right on time. Took great care loading and padding my piano and moved it into my new house quickly and quietly.

Michael and partner were right on time for the pick up and delivery as they had scheduled it. This was a cabinet grand piano and old so very heavy and big. These two were very efficient and super careful as it just barely fit through the front door. They made sure that there was no contact with door frame or walls as they moved it in and out. Came with their truck with a lift gate and blanketed the piano and strapped it to the wall of the truck. There were no "up charges" for the fact that the door way was tight, they had to make a couple of sharp right turns to manipulate the piano up the sidewalk, roll it up a 2 inch door sill, gas charge for distance of delivery, or lay down tarps to protect the floor. I've heard that other movers charge for those kind of services. The price seemed really good as they were very careful and probably had it in and then out of the house within 15 minutes each time. No wasted time or effort. The charge was $175 to pick up and then $175 to deliver after the repairs had been done. Definitely would hire again and highly recommend to others.
