"Marc has been in the construction industry for over 28 years. We have never had a complaint on any work performed, professionalism or pricing. This particular issue was due to a client wanting to pay a lower price AFTER the work was completed or threaten a negative review. See details below: Client purchased a home needing repairs negotiated between buyer and seller. We were contacted by the real estate agent to make negotiated repairs. A door needed replacing and various areas of stucco needed patching and painting. Client wanted the least expensive option. Client requested casework to be done in lieu of replacing the door. Client wanted the least expensive option and requested additional "little" repairs be included. Client then tried to negotiate once work was completed. Stucco was contracted out and price agreed upon prior to commencing work. We do not know what to say, except that the client did not feel long enough time was spent working to warrant the price, as no complaint on the workmanship or professionalism was made."

Had to work from roof because of height. Necessitated removing several roof tiles. Fascia boards fitted perfectly. Roof tiles replaced properly
