Ken is basically a crook. We had a bathroom remodel done for our family friend who had ALS, a veteran, Ken quoted 21k for this bathroom remodel which our dear friend paid in advance. Our friend died before Ken finished the job which took months! Ken took every opportunity to cut corners, the bathroom is functional but should have never took 21k or months to complete. He threatened to fight one of our family members when called out on his poor attention to detail and failure to contact us, call us back or be on-site. It was a terrible experience dealing with him to say the least. The bathroom does work still, however, he is the worst to deal with did not finish the job timely, and I suspect since he had the money already, he felt no obligation to our job anymore because there was money to be made elsewhere on his "other jobs" I'm only writing this on behalf of our dear friend who never got to use his 21k ADA shower room. RIP Wally!

He is outstanding. Everything that he has done in our home is above and beyond. I can't say highly enough how much he did that was exemplary. He is an electrician and he does everything. He is the best. I recommend him extremely highly. In fact we were so impressed that we sent him a gift card to let him know that in addition to paying him, we wanted him to know how much we appreciated the professionalism. I am someone who if it is wrong, I will be very critical and I will tell people that this person is not good, and I also enjoy telling people someone is good if he is. I would use him again in the future.
