Excellent experience! Aaron, Anthony, and Zeke really hustled and got my three bedroom condo’s contents loaded into the moving truck within two hours. The price was great—definitely money well spent!

The movers showed up promptly on time. They were very careful and protected my antiques which they moved with out damaging anything. They were courteous, clean, and professional with a great work ethic. The move went faster than expected. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Frey’s Moving I do not recommend this company for several reasons. We are 70 & 75 years old and would have appreciated the workers following our suggestions to keep us from picking up very heavy boxes consistently. The idea is to put heavy boxes on the bottom with lightweight boxes on top..............NOT our story can be read as an alternate version of truth. Owner knew the square footage of what he was moving; however, his 23’ or 26’ moving truck was unable to do the job with one move. It required two trips for almost double money. There was no estimate done because of distance. I warned that two of my items with casters each had one defective wheel. I wanted to remove the defective caster and wrap the bare leg with bubble wrap for the move so the mover wouldn’t get hurt if the caster fell off during transport and the part wouldn’t go missing. The first movers said not to worry that they would take care of it, but the second group ignored me and when the item was delivered, it was missing the replacement repair part I had previously installed. The packed boxes were labeled them with wide, black blunt marking pens on top as well as one side of the boxes to stack the boxes and read the sides for contents. The movers did not consistently do this so consequently. I can see “kitchen” boxes in garage and vice versa and haphazardly. My husband said to place ALL patio furniture as well as the barbeque in the back yard. That did not consistently happen. Labeled “master bed” or “master bath” should go into said rooms. Boxes labeled “G’s closet” 2 of 3, 3 of 3 or “J’s closet, 1 of 1 – their whereabouts are unknown. The “G’s closet” 1 of 3 wound up inside the house, but the others? You’d think that something labeled “closet” would get their attention. My husband and I would like to change our clothes, but first we need to find the boxes in the garage - also shoe box missing. My husband indicated two times that a particular item (garden wagon) should be included in the move and was ignored; consequently, it was not moved. I saw a 48” x 36” framed fabric mural that was sitting in a small pile of their trash consisting of peeled and broken lemons and an emptied, crushed V8 juice can I was told it was their trash. Woo-hoo. I wanted to do a walk-through before the truck left and was ignored and my new recliner chair (and a couple of boxes) was left behind. The moving company owner mentioned that he would drive his personal truck to pick them up, but I don’t know how the chair will be protected during the transport – I do not want bugs, road dirt or rain to ruin it (it’s only a year old) and a plastic drop would blow away in an open truck bed. A box from an already unpacked chair from a furniture store would work. Kevin Frey, the owner, refuses to cover it or get an old box from a furniture store to use. He also had a meeting with his crews and they “blame” me and my husband for the trouble. He doesn’t believe any of my complaints. He won’t come over to look at the problem – he says he doesn’t have time. So much for my money. The movers couldn’t remove from one of the rooms the bookcases our previous movers placed in the room. I have lost so much money because of this moving company. Interesting that he won’t believe the people who pay but will believe the people getting paid. Since unpacking, I have found damage on almost each piece of furniture – way beyond gouging in wood, metal paint scratches - no kidding. Disgusting. It has been 12 days (April 1) since moving (March 19) and we’ve just found our “closet” boxes.

The owner of the company sent two guys and a lorry to move my stuff. They showed up on time and were very polite. Even though it was raining and the lorry didn't quite fit in the loading dock, the movers worked it out and moved all my things without them getting wet (them being my items). They were very good about moving the washer and dryers to my storage too. Those were heavy!! Overall, I would definitely hire again.

They were great and on time. Their prices are also reasonable.

These guys work like crazy. Fast, efficient, nice, and economical.
