 + -1 moreI recently had a landscape design completed and called Mr. Williams to see if he was interested in making a bid on this small project. He was, and we make an appt. for him to come by. He didn't show, and didn't call until a week later. He wanted to reschedule. Since he apologized and said he was extremely busy the past week, I agreed to reschedule the appt. He didn't appear, nor did he call.
Description of Work: I made contact with EcoUrban Designs, Inc. but no service was provided.
