Arrived ahead of time, same time I called.  Very friendly.  I had bought an upgraded new unit at Lowe's but repairman said it would cost more to install as the new unit was larger in diameter.  So I decided to go with exact builder's quality replacement.  When I asked if he was going to replace the sink inlet flange which came with the unit, he wasn't happy and claimed that I wanted "the whole nine yards".  He did it but after complaining he should charge more.  My old unit was 9 years old so I figured if he didn't replace the flange and caulking now I would be paying for it later.
I also concluded that many businesses are in it to make as much money off the customer as possible.  I saw the unit he installed at Lowe's for $85 if 3 or more were purchased.  The repairman told me they bought these in large quantities so I would guess for around $50 yet charged me $120.  Lowe's or wherever they buy them still makes a profit but Eagle made $70 profit.  Then the charge of $130 to replace the unit with no intention of replacing all the parts is pretty low!
But maybe this is how most businesses operate.  It is certainly not how I did before retirement.  I always went the "extra mile" until the customer was happy.

Kitchen faucet was a difficult install due to the original
granite counter top spacing between sink and backboard. They worked hard to make the new unit work.
The dishwasher was installed with new components with the exception of an air
gap (I’m not sure why they did not install a new unit). The existing air
gap was used even though it had been altered. Eventually, the air gap
leaked and Eagle Plumbing came back and added silicone to the unit (rather than
replacing with new). I decided to replace the new fixture (wife didn't
like it) with the old unit that was taken out. I did the work myself
because I was not happy that Eagle Plumbing used silicone as a 'fix' for a
leaky air gap. As soon as I touched the air gap from under the sink it
fell off into my hand. Since I was there replacing the fixture I replaced
the air gap with a new one and it has not leaked (it's been more than a few
months). We've had tentative promises for them to return and do the work
we discussed, however, it required me calling to remind them that the
service(s) had not been performed (waited for a warranty repair on the water
heater and we had to call after several months to find out if they had
forgotten us. They had, but they would not admit that. They said they
were waiting for me to call before coming out.) We are still
waiting for a promised return for a couple of items to be repaired that the
owner and I had discussed the last time they were out. Nice folks and
perform the work well. They are prompt
when an appointment is made and will call if things change.

We had purchased a hot water heater with the intent of installing it ourselves, but were on a short time-frame with a large family reunion at our home coming up. We chose Eagle Plumbing because they are based in our Lincoln, CA community and were recommended by another service provider. Their installation cost was reasonable so we scheduled the installation with them. Luckily prior to their arrival we discovered that particular water heater was calibrated for installation only above 6,000 ft and would not work at our elevation.

Eagle contacted the distributor to confirm our information. We had wanted the same brand/model (correctly calibrated) which Eagle did not stock, but they were very willing to obtain it. They also provided sufficient information based on their experience to make us comfortable with a comparable model in the brand they supply. Given our experience with the prior water heater (also recommended) we were skeptical and cautious about accepting a brand we had not really researched. Many calls transpired throughout this process and their responsiveness and patience was super.

Issac did the installation on a Saturday, arriving as scheduled and completing the job within the morning. He was courteous, knowledgeable and left the work site clean. So far, so good - the heater is working as expected and without problem.

The downstairs toilet got plugged and because the old flapper leaks, it was slowly overflowing onto the floor. I called in a panic and they came over very quickly and snaked it out, shut the water off, vacuumed up the water (he had a wet/dry vac) and stopped it from spilling further. At the time, he asked if I was interested in having the toilet replaced. It was actually on my list of things to do because of a hairline crack in the tank. We talked about the different types of toilets they typically install, I selected the middle grade, and they measured to be sure it would fit in my bathroom. They had to special order one for me due to height constraints. They came back a few days later (in the evening, no extra charge) and installed it for me. It works great and he did not damage anything in the process (wood cabinets, tile floors etc.). The cost was $50 to snake the toilet .(regularly $75, but they gave me a break since I was having additional work done.). It was $425 for the new toilet including installation and removal of the old toilet. I would definitely call them again.

Called for an estimate, Tim was on time and I arranged for installation the next week. Tim arrived on time and ready to go. Installation went smoothly and I was/am totally satisfied. I had him come back the next week to install a faucet I was putting off doing myself, again, on time and knew what he was doing. I will use him for any future plumbing needs in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Eagle Plumbing.
