Duramax Roofing was the low bidder for a standing-seam metal roof replacement. The finished roof's workmanship and aesthetics are top-notch. The contract was complete, including a detailed scope of work, warranties on workmanship and materials, and provisions for unanticipated work. After tearing off the old roof, some dry rot was found and the plywood substrate was quickly repaired. Installation was moderately complex and included underlayment of felt and capsheet, trim for four skylights and a round chimney, and flashing for vented peaks, rakes and sidewalls. The DuraMax crew of three has over 15 years of experience and worked efficiently for six days to timely completion. We couldn't be more pleased with the result!

The materials and job were very reasonably priced, and the crew showed up promptly the day after we signed the contract.  The owner, Leo, was polite, knowledgeable and responsible, and he worked at least as hard as his crew members.  He was on the job every minute from start to finish.  The crew members were also very considerate, and did a good job.  The roof was finished in 3 days, and everything was cleaned up promptly and well.  I recommend DuraMax Roofing highly.
