We provide beyond most house cleaners as we will clean windows and screens as well as sweep and clean garages. Upon request we will clean interior to fridges and ranges.

After getting the reasonable estimate, I scheduled the cleaning. Since I had already moved out of the house, I expected everything to be straight-forward - the home is a new, single-story, 2000 sq/ft, 4bd/2ba home, with tile & wood flooring, plus carpeting in the bedrooms only. Since she expected me not to be there for duration of the work, she requested me to leave payment for her at the house, but I insisted on a final inspection. She indicated that she would notify me if she felt she was within an hour of completion. After her notification of 45 min. to complete, I arrived to find that they still had quite a bit of work remaining. After inspecting what was done, it all looked good enough to pay - the carpets needed vacumming & cabinets were in process. Upon inspection the next morning, I was disappointed that the carpets were not vacummed at all & some of the cabinets were not cleaned. When I inquired about the carpets, she was indignant that it was not part of the job scope. That response was unfortunate.

"Knowing the carpets would be professionally cleaned, I felt vacuuming was not something we needed to do. We did vacuum areas that had debris and any dust dropped from ceiling fans so that the owner would not incur more cost from the carpet cleaner. When asked if it was not part of the "job scope", I responded with my reasons why we did not vacuum and ended with "no, not part of the job scope" as I was asked. I was unaware of a few cabinets not meeting expectations. I am always willing to revisit a home if the client communicates a concern. I also apologized that he was disappointed. My apology was genuine. As a business owner, I truly want all my clients completely satisfied. There were four of us cleaning and the total of twelve man hours spent in this home. Once the carpets were cleaned, I felt that the home would be in a "move-in condition". This is the original e-mail sent to the owner: ( Just wanted to send a quick estimate for your rental in Roseville. The cost will be $150.00 for a one time cleaning. We will provide all cleaners as well as any other needed supplies. We will clean and sanitize all bathrooms. Mop all flooring. Wipe off all counter tops and clean inside of all cupboards. The kitchen will be wiped down and the microwave as well as the oven and stove top will be cleaned. All window runners and blinds will be dusted. All light fixtures and face plates to light switches will be cleaned. All baseboards will be wiped as well. I also work with a great carpet cleaner; his name is Wes Pierce (Wesco carpet cleaning) and his number is (916) 417-4321. If you have not found a carpet person, it would be worth giving him a call. He does a great job at a reasonable price. If you are interested in us cleaning, please let me know and I will get you on our schedule within the next two weeks.)"

I was looking for a new housecleaning service and found Dirt Bee Gone on Angie's List in my local area. I was struck by the positive comments from her clients. I sent an email and she responded within 24 hours to set up a time to come and provide an estimate. This step alone differentiates her from many such service providers. She was prompt for appointment, thorough in her review of the cleaning requirements and a genuinely gracious person who obviously took pride in her work. I hired her on the spot and she got me into the schedule the following week. She contacted me to confirm the time her team would arrive and they were very punctual. They did an incredibly thorough job. When I arrived home from work, my house smelled so clean - - and looked amazing. From the big details - to the littlest - their work far exceeded my expectations.

Liz is the best! They are the best! She is just wonderful! She is an A+. They are reasonable, she worked with us on the price. She is very thorough and accomodating. She is just a wonderful person, and a wonderful business person. She is just all-around A+! If she was coming late, she alwasy called and that was appreciated. She is just an overall good person.

She did a great job. Very accommodating to my schedule to meet in the evening to give me a quote. Price was very reasonable. She fit in the house cleaning in time for my open house. I think she was a little rushed, missed a couple very minor areas, but considering she was squeezing me in to the schedule, this was OK. She'll be back for weekly cleanings until I sell my house.

Wonderfully! Liz and her team are thorough, respectful of our things, and so pleasant. Except that our house was immaculate, I almost couldn't tell they were there. Everything was right back in its place.

Overall, Dirt Bee Gone has been timely, consistent and above all else, well worth the money. If you're looking for someone that cares and will keep you as a satisfied customer call Liz. She is a gem.
