Everything went well and the carpets were mostly dry when finished, a big plus.

They did a very good job on my carpet and the prices that they have are very affordable. The people who performed the work were here on time and they were very pleasant to work with. I think they have very good customer service and they are very detailed.

The technicians that they use are very good; they are very polite and pleasant to deal with. They are good about offering specials for their service which make it affordable for their customers.

I was referred to Chem Dry by my neighbor, who was very happy with the cleaning and price. I checked Angie's List for a second opinion, calling three carpet cleaning services for estimates. I left a message with Chem Dry, and my call was returned within a day, by a very courteous Adam responding to all my questions and concerns. I set up a time for an estimate, and Cody arrived on time, measured the areas, and answered all my questions. When I hired Chem Dry to do the work, Cody again arrived on time, and the work was completed within 2 hours as estimated. My only concern is that the final paperwork could have been more professional; there were errors in our address, names, and I would have preferred more detailed information on the final invoice/statement.

I WOULD RECOMMEND CHEM DRY TO ANYONE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT THE CARPETS CLEANED VERY QUICKLY. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THE CARPETS LOOKED WONDERFUL IN THE END.
