His work was well done and he was very willing to please the customer. I felt the railing was too high since I'm short and he came out immediately when I got home from work and lowered the height. He said once my husband got back from his trip he'd come out again and lower it if my husband wanted it lowered. My husband said it was fine and was impressed with the job that was done. My husband knows construction so this meant alot. Bow and Roy are good choices if you have some construction that needs to be done. They are both licensed.
