+ -1 moreI'm not using Bowden And Sons Construction because their price was professional and timely. They couldn't find a person to do the repair and there was a stucco problem.
Description of Work: I had them do a quote for a gutter repair.

Description of Work: He repaired a part of the roof on my porch and fix a drain gutter that wasn’t draining correctly.

+ 1 moreI was very pleased with Gary Bowden. He was in my home alone and there was never a problem. He locked the doors and the gate securely when he left. He is prompt, courteous, thorough, professional, and does excellent work. He went through the list and did what needed to be done. If there was something he did not feel comfortable doing (rewiring electrical boxes), he knew who to call. I would hire Gary again and plan to do so.
Description of Work: I bought a foreclosure with 37 pages of problems listed by the home inspector. Gary was at the house every day for about 6 weeks. The large items he gave me a quote on. The smaller items he worked "time and materials". He did everything including putting a foundation under a garage conversion that was not built to code, rebuilding kitchen cabinets, putting a drain tub under the water heater, replacing siding, repairing plumbing, replacing toilets, repairing screens, regrouting tile floors, etc.
