I hired Louis from Ace Applicance to come and look at my ice maker.  He was up front about how much the service call would be and the steps afterwards if it required a part.  I found the part at a cheaper price than Louis did and so he ordered from my source.  He charged me a nominal fee to come back out and install it for me.  The 2nd time it took him approximately 10 min. to install it.  
I found Louis to be personable, accommodating, fair, and knowledgeable.  I would recommend him to anyone.

He's on time and does what he says he'll do. He's friendly and easy talk to.
