Valley Gutters

Provider performed excellent work. They started and finished on the day discussed. Colors matched house and trim. Vendor also provided a little extra finish work that was not expected.

They were pretty quick about doing the work and their pricing was pretty reasonable.

I called their office on a Thursday. I was given a choice of either leaving a message or calling the owner's cell number directly, so I decided to leave a message. The owner called me back several hours later. He told me that he was close to finishing up a job and that he would try to be over by the end of the day to do an estimate for me. He told me that he would call me either if he was on his way over or if it was getting too late in the day to see. He called me a few hours later and came over. He was very courteous and professional. He looked me in the eye when he shook my hand which says a lot to me about a person. He went around my house and measured for all my gutters. He stood out at his truck and worked up the estimate on the spot. His prices were very reasonable, so I called him back about 30 minutes after he left. He told me that he would order all the parts and that he would call me to set up an appointment during the next week. He called me on Tuesday afternoon and told me that he would be over the next morning between 8:00 and 8:30. I asked him if he would be doing the work himself. He said yes, that it would be him and a one other man. They arrived promptly at 8:00 ready to go to work. I went out once in a while to see how everything was going, but most of the time I left them alone to work. (I'm a contractor and I know that I don't like having a customer watching me all the time while I work. It's very distracting and therefor a potential safety hazard.) They worked quickly and efficiently and seemed to be well organized. There was no extra charge for removing my old gutters and they disposed of them at my request. He went the extra mile to point out some problem areas with the fascia board on the back of my house and the flashing around my chimney. He gave me the chance to replace the damaged fascia board and fix the flashing before installing gutters on the back of my house. He told me that he would come back at no extra charge after I did the repairs. I was very impressed with this contractor and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
