Everything went great. We had an unlandscaped yard. Tim had to start from dirt. He brought several hand drawn blueprints as well as estimates. From start to finish it took about a month, and that was due to having to regrade our lot and wait for concrete to be completed. Tim worked with concrete people (Eagle Concrete) for scheduling. We didn't have to do a thing..
