We've used him many many times. He does really a good job and really a clean job. We have lot of property and all that and when we find one of these good guys we hang on to them. He is very courteous and very neat in his work. He does excellent clean up we can't tell he was there because that's the mess too. He won't negotiate on the price I like that. He gets on the job quickly and gets it done. He is a great licensed contractor. I think he is the only guy we can call in Kings County.
