PRO DRAIN PLUMBING AND PLUMBING SERVICES

It was a positive experience from beginning to end - starting with a good phone call with Willie and continuing with the likable Cesar and Zack. Everything was explained clearly, the problem diagnosed, and the fix applied; the cost was even less than originally estimated. Yes, this was a very simple job but it was a good experience and means that I would trust them for bigger jobs too. I like this company and will use them again in future, and have no problem recommending them.

I have used them several times since 1979. We have done several remodels and they have plumbed it. I don't compare prices, I just go with who I know is efficient. When I am doing a remodel, their owner is the first person I bring over to get ideas on advice on what to implement, and I have always gone with his suggestions. They are busy. When they say they are going to be here they are here, and they call ahead.

The plumbing aspect possibly works (it's inside my wall); however, in doing the work, they permanently/noticeably burned the fiberglass shower wall. I was told by Willie, that "it couldn't be helped", which I disagree with. Had they used proper heat shielding of their torch, the burning would not have occurred... and since they burned the wall, they could have as easily started a fire INSIDE of the fall, leading to far more serious damage. I was very lucky that didn't occur, especially since this is part of a condo complex/ multi-family dwelling.
I was offered a token $25.00 off, for the burned wall. I could have taken them to Court, but what a hassle that is!
I had also been told, at the time of the estimate, that if I used them, as my plumber, I would be reimbursed the cost of the original in home estimate, ($75.00, I believe). That was never given to me, in the final bill, Instead, Willie told me that the work should have been bid at a higher amount, than it had been. (Well, then why wasn't it? The plumber who wrote the bid was in communication with Willie, while the Bid assessment was occurring).
As a customer, I'm not looking for excuses; I'm looking for expected results, done safely, at an agreed upon price. Is the plumbing fixed?... It's had to say, since it's all inside the wall.  However, I will Not use Willie Tellez, or Pro Drain Plumbing and Plumbing Services, again.

I had called Pro Plumbing a couple of months earlier to inquire about some services I was considering. I was so impressed with how helpful the owner, Willie, was that I made a note to be sure to call them when I was ready to proceed.
Zack and Cesar called while they were on their way and arrived right on time. They got to work and took care of everything in a very efficient and professional manner. We chatted occasionally, but the work never stopped until they were done. When I was presented with the final total, it was just what I expected and included the new Badger 5 disposal they brought with them.
Thanks guys. I will use Pro Plumbing and Drain Service again.

I've used Pro Drain a few times and I'm really impressed with them. I had some issues in the past with plumbers when i was a renter and I know how much of a hassle it can be when you don't get a good one. Pro Drain is definitely the best plumbing company I've used. The first time they came out was to replace a broken, 60 year-old, cast-iron toilet flange. I called Willy that morning and explained that this was my only toilet and that I'd really like to have it fixed as soon as possible. He told me they would try their best to be there by the next morning, but they managed to make it out that afternoon to replace the flange for less than their original estimate.

The second time I used them was to find a mystery leak under my house that two other plumbers couldn't find. Zach and Cesar worked as a team to methodically check all of my pipes until they found the leak. They then scheduled an appointment with me since the job would require removing some drywall and old pipe. They ended up removing a two foot section of my kitchen/bathroom sink drain line that had a crack all the way down. They then replaced the pipe and fittings with ABS to make it better than the original, snaked the line, and showed me the best way to snake the line from under the sink. For the second time, all of this was done below the original estimate. I put their number in my cell phone in case I ever need them again. Highly recommended.

no wories with drain clean ran out ot 100' solved the problem.
