It was fine. We were satisfied. The service was good. I think for the most part the staff were prompt. I would be willing to recommend them, but my husband dealt with them more than I did.

Larry Bowen, Owner of  L. Bowen Plumbing, Inc., replaced my water heater after it leaked, flooded my garage and a bathroom behind the water heater.  In all my years dealing with licensed Contractors, I've never found someone as honest and reliable as Larry Bowen.  Additionally, one of his crew installed the sheetrock, built an extended platform for the smitty pan with drain, and painted the area around the water heater.  This area was damaged by the water leak.  Larry did this extra work to expedite the installation of the water heater.
Since October 2013, Larry's crew has installed a Delta Two-In-One Shower Head/Hand Shower, Kitchen Faucet, repaired pipe leak in garage, inspected all plumbing inside/outside of my home, checked water pressure, etc.  L. Bowen Plumbing, Inc. is the only plumbing service I use.

From original date of contact, Mr. Bowen was responsive and provided me with a timely quote.  As I was having the flooring replaced in 3 bathrooms, the start date had to be pushed out. 

Due to issues with original construction of house, found downstairs toilet was not roughed in properly and had to make multiple adjustments to fit new toilet and existing water line.   Also found drain pipe in upstairs shower stall was never installed properly by original contractor. To be replaced at a later date.

Mr. Bowen and his staff were timely, responsive, extremely professional and went above and beyond expectations. I will definitely be calling this firm again. 

Our hot water tank blew-up and spilled water all over our garage on Monday morning. We called L Bowen, they came out and repaired the tank and piping; replaced some valves.  The plumber was courteous and professional and got the work done.
