HUNTERS NURSERY INC

I brought the petrified bamboo back. Upon explaining the situation to a worker, she stated it was impossible for a bamboo to die. She then contacted Mr. Hunter who also stated he had never heard of a bamboo dying and accused me of not watering the plant. I explained how all the other plants I bought the same day were planted and thriving. Nevertheless, he did not believe me. I was quite humiliated and explained that I would not purchase anything from his nursery again if this is how he treated his customers. He was unwilling to replace the plant which had cost me $55.

Hunter's is a great nursery, actually very large in space acreage. They have a large variety of hanging plants. One of the owners was very proud to tell me how they do not use any special herbicides for any of their plants, so what you see is what you get. The prices for the large hanging plants were very reasonable and you can tell how much passion they have for their work. I think they have the best hanging plants in the county. I have visited over 20 nurseries in the past two years and by far Hunter's has the best hanging plant selection and quality.
