The companies that charged me $150.00 per month gave me $50.00 with of monthly service. These guys I pay $650.00 per month and they provide me with $650.00 worth of service.
One other point if it is important to you is these are Two American (first language English) guys that are totally professional all the time. I have had no communication problems with them like I have had with others that claim they speak English but in fact really did not understand me very well at all.
He showed up on the agreed date after picking up my decorative rock from the supplier. He had two workers with him and one of them put up the block wall while Ira and his brother cleared the area, spread weed cloth, put down edging pavers around the area, and wheelbarrowed the rock to the back yard. Since I didn't have the edging pavers yet he went with me to Home Depot and loaded them on his truck for me.
The work was done in one day and was done well. We were short 1/2 cu. ft of rock at the end of the day and Ira said he would pick it up for me and deliver it the following Monday. He was as good as his word and spread the rock on the area where we were short. He even planted some day lillies for me in front of my patio at no extra charge.
I would highly recommend Ira Stevens for smaller gardening and landscaping projects. After contacting several landscaping companies from Angies List I realized that my job was really too small and most of them had a $5,000 minimum. Ira Stevens fills the void between large landscaping and smaller gardening and landscaping projects.
