For an average job I asked them in some areas to repeat and they did repeat some areas twice and if I hadn't been there it would have been a below average job. When I went to look at it, it was not okay and they had to go over quite a few areas. They should just done it right the first time. The workers were okay.

I think they did a pretty good job. There?s only one thing and I think it was my fault; all morning that morning I had tried to remember that I should move my car from the driveway, but I forgot and they didn?t mention anything either, but that may have been more my fault than theirs. My car ended up being a mess, but otherwise it went well.

They did a great job and I would use them again. I wasn't home when they did the work, but I was happy to come home to some very clean windows! They did the whole house and scheduling was very easy. We'd definitely recommend them!

We just purchased our tri-level home and the windows were filthy. We chose Clarion due to the fact that they can clean and replace screens, plus I thought the price was reasonable since they were about to get a serious workout with about 16 windows. All I can say is, and quot;WOW!and quot; They handle the windows like a champ and they barely shed a sweat! My windows are beautiful and now we can see outside! Thanks Clarion!

The service was very good. They did a very good job. I think that they were here the next few days to do the window cleaning and they got it all done in a day. It was quite satisfactory.

Arrived 15 minutes after the window provided. Called a few minutes before the end if the window to let me know running late.

Excellent. Cleaned the windows as requested. Friendly, prompt service. Did not charge any extra above the agreed upon amount.

The service was great. He was fast, friendly and efficient. He was personable and did a great job. They called and told me when he would be here. He let me know that he was running a little late. I would use him again.

I thought the service was ok. I thought they would contact me for the scheduling but that was not the case. They said French windows or any windows with panes were an additional fee. I also have a glass balcony enclosure that I wanted cleaned which I had to pay extra for. I was not able to be home for the service but felt they did a good job with the cleaning.

Appointment was originally scheduled for Thursday evening (1/23). Received call that crew wasn't going to be able to make agreed appoinment time. Cleaning rescheduled for the following day. Crew arrived earlier than expected but that was a bonus because I was trying to juggle my schedule to accomodate the rescheduling. The original deal was for 20 windows to be cleaned. The crew took it upon themselves to clean all of my windows - what customer service! The job was done quickly and professionally. I am considering entering into a maintenance contract.

My house has a LOT of windows. Almost 3 sides of the house are completely windows. I found this price to seem fair, though I did not compare. They were professional and prompt and quick. My only problem was that I had to ask one of them to wipe the windows a little cleaner, as there was something on them that could be scratched off with a fingernail, but didn't come off with just a wipe down. He put up a little resistance on doing it, but then used his scraper and got it off. The other guy did not need to be asked, he went the extra mile, so to speak. I had a very gooey substance on one of them and he worked hard to get it off without my needing to ask him to. But all in all, the windows all look great and I will use them again. Just slightly disappointed I had to make that additional request.
As for screen repair, I was told there was a 3-screen minimum. That was also disappointing as I have 2 that need it, but not a third.

They arrived on time, were polite and professional. Wore booties inside the house to help keep dirt out. They did a great job and I would use them again.
