I called and asked for a two man moving crew to come help me move. It was originally quoted to take between 6-7 hours, but it took much longer. I had requested that they only box and move certain things but they ended up boxing up everything which has become more complicated than I desired to unpack. They even ended up having to call another guy with a second truck becuase they couldn't get all my belongings to fit. It seemed like they misquoted both time and space. I'm still missing a step-stool and they even did some damage to a wall while unloading the truck. I am also flustered becuase I asked for a copy of my paper work and receipt. They said their office would handle that request. I still have not received that.
