I'VE USED MIKE FOR SEVERAL YEARS TO CLEAN THE CARPETS IN SEVERAL RENTAL UNIT'S. I THINK MOST OF THE SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE PRICE COMPETITIVE - I'M MORE INTERESTED IN PERFORMANCE AND RELIABILITY. MIKE COMES THROUGH EVERY TIME. HE COMMUNICATES, FUNCTIONAL SCHEDULING, DOESN'T DAMAGE ANYTHING, DOES GOOD WORK.
