We have used Mr. Davila's services for many years now. He always remembers who I am with I call. This particular time, he came to service my tenants sewer system. he was prompt and repectful of our time.

Very well. The Job was scheduled in two days. Luis showed up as scheduled for all work (As he did for the several bids we had asked of him before). Demolition and tub replacement were done the first day. The second day, tile was done. The Tiling was done by a second man who worked under Luis. Both men seemed quite experienced, and explained their methods and materials when working. The result was a simple but very nice bathtub / shower combo. I was also impressed with his responsiveness after the job was finished, to fix a perceived problem which wasn't his. A day after completion we received a call of a leak from our downstairs neighbor. We immediately called Luis and he came out that day to investigate. After about an hour of investigation (and even preparing for rework), it came to our attention that the leak was from a different pipe then ours, and had been happening for months before our project. The repair of this work was transferred to the complex plumber. It's been two weeks later and the job holding up great. I would recommend him to anyone needing this kind of service.

He is such a sweet and nice man. His pricing is reasonable and he is very trustworthy and honest.
