I've used Lucky Glass sparingly on-and-off for the last couple of years for relatively minor jobs (a broken window, some window screens), they've been absolutely amazing. Especially Richard. I swear, that guy was so friendly and helpful I asked the receptionist if he was the owner or related to the owner. She said he wasn't which speaks even more to his professionalism.
I will continue using them until such time they let me down. But for now, I'm satisfied. So if you have a small job, I think you're relatively safe.
