HE'S VERY FRIENDLY AND HE ALWAYS DOES WHAT I ASK HIM TO DO, ON HIS SCHEDULE. HE'S VERY REASONABLE AND A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD USE HIM. I'VE REFERRED HIM TO PEOPLE. I'VE USED HIM FOR MANY YEARS. WHEN I ASK HIM TO DO SOMETHING, HE DOES IT ON HIS OWN TIME, BUT HE DOES IT EVENTUALLY.
