Howard's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

When I purchased my first home in 1995 the seller had Howard clean the carpets before I moved in because he used to wear black-soled tennis shoes which left ugly marks on the carpet, and I was really concerned that I'd have to either replace the carpet or live with the stains.  Unbelievably, Howard got that carpet looking nearly perfect; you would never have imagined that he could get those marks out.  Over the years I used him several times, but then he changed his cell # and I only noticed him in angie's printed brochure and called to make sure it was the same Howard.  I no longer have carpet, but if I did, I would certainly use him.  My only negative remark would be that I asked him to let me know when he was finished with the upstairs so I could put my pets there and close the door so he could do the downstairs and he didn't, almost letting my cats out in the process.  What I did anyways for future visits was to board them away for a few hours because they're afraid of the noise anyway.
