Their rep visited my brother, measured out the full areas involved, then contacted me to discuss the recommendations including suggested materials. They provided a contract, which I signed and submitted with a deposit. They then had a crew do the installation, and my brother was very happy with the result. They were always pleasant, and I considered the price to be fair.

The experience was excellent throughout, from the initial visit and estimate from Anthony through the entire job to completion. A big deal for us was to have the floor fixed to stop all the creaking and they handled this as well as was humanly possible! They moved furniture as needed, disposed of the old carpet and baseboard, fixed the sub-floor, installed the new floor and baseboard. I would heartily recommend this company!

Called and got an estimate over the phone to have carpet installed on my stair case. They gave an estimate and scheduled me for the work. they arrived promptly, installed, cleaned everrything and was on their way. Very friendly and very professional. Will definitely use them again. Reasonable price for the work.

After seeing the completed job I contracted them do replace the downstairs floors as well. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up each day and left my condo looking great. I would recommend Carpet Pros to friends.

Two Gentelman showed up on the install date moved some furniture and began working they were very nice and friendly clean and neat worked hard and finished the job in a timely manner.

Their price was a little high but it was expected because for a premium flooring but it was definitely high. The carpets are reasonable but flooring was high. So far, the floor installation was very good. They are very professional and very efficient. The one that I didn't like about them was that it was difficult to get the scheduling done when we had a couple of changes but once we talked to them and got them going, it was okay. It was just a minor thing and I won't hesitate to use them again.

We worked with Jorge, and he was very good. He listened to what we wanted to do and made some very good suggestions. He kept in touch throughout the process, and was concerned that everything was done properly. One carpet had a production flaw that was discovered when the installation crew unrolled the carpet and immediately brought it to my attention. They were concerned about the quality and called Jorge who asked if we wanted to wait for new carpet. We decided to go ahead with the installation, and Jorge negotiated an adjustment with the manufacturer. The installation crew worked quickly and expertly, and we are very pleased with the result in both rooms and the stairs

The store has a very large selection. I found exactly what I was looking for, beautiful carpet. They have a lot in stock and can get most within the week. Installation of entire house including 4 flights of stores only took a partial day. They left the remaining carpet in the garage and even cut a slice as a mat for the door into my garage - very nice touch.

We had them install carpet in 2 other bedrooms last May and at that time I had shopped around at several stores first. Their prices were lower than other stores in the area for good quality Shaw carpet. They had a good selection in the store of other brands as well. We liked the carpet and decided to have them back this month to install it in the master bedroom and walk-in closet. They arrived as scheduled and the installation went well.

Marc handled the installation of the hardwood in the rest of our house a year ago, so we knew what to expect. Unbeatable price for a quality product and installation. But flaky to schedule installation work with (e.g. main installation, early delivery of baseboards, sealing stairs, etc.). Accurate estimate, efficient/neat installation crew. Extra baseboards sat outside my garage for 2+ weeks even after repeated calls to pick-up. You'll need persistence and patience, but the result is worth it.

IT WAS GOOD QUALITY CARPET. THEY HAVE GOOD PRICES, AND THEY DID IT IN LIKE A WEEK. THE GUY WAS NICE, TOO. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL.
