Advance Air Duct Cleaning

I called Doug LeTourneau and he answered immediately and came out the next day.  I was worried that my dryer vent was long overdue for cleaning because I saw some lint in the attic.  I needed the rain gutters cleaned and I found Doug who could do both jobs.
Doug inspected the dryer vent where it daylighted on the roof and then he went into the attic and took it apart at the joint.  He reported that it didn't need to be cleaned and didn't charge me for the inspection.  If he had cleaned the dryer vent, his price was lower than many competitors.  I really appreciate that Doug tried to save me money and turned down work.  He's honest and reliable.
Next, I had Doug clean my rain gutters.  It's been a long hot summer but I knew they were clogged from the last rain.  To clean them thoroughly, Doug and his assistant cut back two bourganivilleas.  I felt badly about this because I should have had the gardener do the trimming with a chain saw before Doug started work.  Cutting back the bougainvillea took a lot of time and we couldn't get them completely off of the roof and gutters on one side of the house because we didn't have a chain saw for the thick branches.  Doug cleaned all the gutters the best he could.  I had my gardener come the next morning to cut back the bougainvilleas and then Doug returned to finish the job.   There was even more work on the second day because the gardener's work made a big mess.  
Doug cleaned the roof and gutters meticulously and took his time getting everything right.  The job took a lot longer than either of us thought it would but Doug didn't charge me more than his quote despite the extra hours and two trips to the house. However, I voluntarily gave him extra in recognition of his efforts.  Both he and his assistant were personable, professional, friendly and pleasant.
Before Doug even finished my job, I recommended him to a girlfriend and he went directly from my house to hers.  She needed vents cleaned and heater filters changed.  She was also extremely pleased with his work.  We will both use him again.
