Alex answered my phone call at 5:00 PM and was at my house at 6:00PM. He took a look at the deadbolt and noticed that it was not installed properly. He corrected the installation by making a few adjustments and now the lock operates as intended. He was very professional, courteous, and recommend to anyone on angieslist.

Called around for an emergency missing key replacement for one of my machines on a sunday afternoon and everyone else said they couldn't do it. When I call A1 he came he said he could do it and would be there in 15 minutes. Showed up in 15 minutes and hammered out a custom key replacement. Also it was CHEAP!!!. If your looking for a good locksmith use this guy!

I did not use his services so I cannot comment on his overall workmanship. However, if it is anything like his initial conversation, then I would be very cautious about scheduling an job with this locksmith

"I am sorry if there was a miscommunications. As per our conversation he wanted me to go th the site after all the question with regards to his situation, such as he has started replacing a front door handle set in which he was asking me to teach him to go about his situation. I told what he bought from Home depot is not the same series or model intended on the door prep he has situated.He even suggested replacing the door and be able to use the hardware he bought from Home Depot but I ask him why will you want to change and spend for new door to accommadate your lower series hardware . The customer wanrted me to go there and tell me that he is willing to pay me to buy the hardware he needed at the cost for me to travel and buys his items needed as what I paid for. He is the first cuctomer that has given my service record as an F basing pn my previous records. All I can say is either he is playing a ploy with my competitors to ruin my good reputation or he is just a freebee. (Sorry to say that.)"

I got locked out of my house at midnight, so they had to come out and let me in. I didn't dislike anything. This is the second time I have used them and they are wonderful. They respond right on time and actually this second time he came right out at midnight without any problems whatsoever. They took care of the problem. The overall experience was excellent. I think they are reasonable and in the same ballpark as most locksmiths.

I had purchased an older home with 2 exterior doors, both with security doors. I had 8 locks and 4 keys which was very annoying. The locksmith arrived on time, re-keyed 6 locks and did a very professional job. It took longer than expected only because one of the locks was quite odd and he had to spend an hour just on the one but he got it done. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this company.

Alex responded promptly to emails. After speaking with him over the phone he had to refer me to Juan, another locksmith who had the equipment needed to program the transponder key. Juan had a key made in about 15 minutes. Both guys are very professional and the price was reasonable compared to the dealer ($150). Highly recommend both of them.

Alex showed up on time, we walked through the house and I pointed out all the locks I needed done. He was very professional and quickly went about getting the job done. The job was harder than we thought because some of the doors/locks were misaligned, and he spent more time than estimated getting everything changed. However, he didn't charge me for all the "overtime" at the end of the job (for example, he spent 30 min trying to get a bolt off that had stripped threads). He kept me updated on progress and everything he was doing. All-in a great experience. Would recommend him highly.

The locksmith(state licensed)arrived promptly, re-keyed four door locks and adjusted the locks so they would work smoothly. The job went well. Locksmith works out of his mobile shop in his van which was very clean, well organized and entirely professional. I will definitely call this company again when I need a locksmith in the future.

They did a good job. I would shop around for price but this company did a good job and they responded to my call right away. He was going to replace the entire lock but he found a way to repair the existing one, which I liked.
