I went through Lowe's Stores to have my fence replaced. Lowe's contracted the work to Sandoval Fences Inc. After paying in full upfront, Lowe's had difficulty getting in touch with the management of this company to schedule the work. Bob from Sandoval Fences finally called to schedule. Two weeks later the job was started. The workers came out on time but had some initial confusion about a small section of fence that they said was not part of the work order. I showed them my receipt showing the extra charge I paid for that section to be replaced. They called their management office and the work was then added to their work order.
They worked hard all day and towards the end of their work, I noticed the metal posts installed were visible which I understood by what the estimator from Lowe's told me they would be concealed. After researching Postmaster Post's web page, I noticed they installed my post backwards which prevented concealment which is done by placing a fence board over them.
At the end of the work I was told that the gate doors can't be cut out until the cement holding up the posts dry completely. They told me someone will be back the next day which was a Saturday or perhaps on Monday to finish the gate. A small detail I didn't expect but it made sense. I pointed out the concrete I paid extra to smooth out was not done. They said it was not in the work order either. I showed them my receipt and they shrugged their shoulders and offered no real answers but was told maybe it may be part of the work order when the gate is cut. Nobody showed up to finish my gate.
Anyways, I called Lowe's the next day with my concerns and they said they will notify Bob from Sandoval Fence. Lowe's had difficulty getting a hold of someone at this company and were also getting frustrated. Bob finally called six days later and I explained all my concerns to him. He told me they are very busy and are backed up on other jobs but he will get someone out to address those issues as soon as possible. He said he will call me back to set up a time. He didn't offer to come out and look at the problems personally but I guess he is to busy. The next day, Lowe's estimator I originally dealt with came out and I showed him the problems and he said he will speak to Bob about the work needed.
Another weeks goes by and still no calls to set up a work date. Problem still not fixed and I still do not have a working gate.
The fence they installed is very sturdy and of high grade materials. The workmanship was good other than the post issue. The company is lacking a responsive management team that values customer service. At minimum call back the customer! I am a patient man but this is unacceptable.
I will be heading to Lowe's to speak to management next personally.

Quality is excellent. Great attention to detail. Listened well to what we wanted. Job took about 3 months to complete, which was somewhat frustrating. In their defense, they didn't rush the job at the sacrifice of quality. Scheduled the best people for every stage of the job. Company has limited staff and lots of work. Everyone we observed was highly professional. Cost was consistent with estimates.

They arrived bright and early, as scheduled, and removed all of the old fence. They put in new cement with the posts, used quality wood and hardware products, got the job done fast, and cleaned everything up before they left. The fence is sturdy and looks good.

This company is very professional. They arrived when promised and were here ready to get the work done. My entire fence around the perimeter of my house was completed in a day and a half. The redwood used is of the highest quality, workers are friendly and easy to talk to about any concerns or questions. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a fence contractor. Our old rickety fence is gone and our new one is just beautiful, I have a very happy husband!

I wanted to get a couple thousand dollars worth of fencing done through this company, I set up multiple appointments and times for them to come and start the work. They did not come at all. I did get a phone message later, saying they would like to come out. But their initial response was so poor I decided not to use this company. I have heard that they do very good work, when they show up.

I called for an estimate. I was advised the person who does the estimates just left my town and was on his way to another location. I was asked for my name and can be reached number, which i provided. A few days went by and still no call back. I then called Sandoval Fences back. I got their voicemail. I left them a message however I again did not receive a call back. I called again and received voicemail. I advised them I was trying to get an estimate for a new fence and this was my third call to them. I still have not heard back from them. At this time I have had a new fence put in by another company.

Sandoval came in and quickly and professionally replaced my front fence and gate. When I called and asked for a couple of revisions, Chris immediately returned and made them on the spot. They strive for customer satisfaction. They will be asked back to do some additional fence work.

From the first call it went well and they responsed quickly. Then the service was scheduled within a reasonable time, but the work it self was done poorly. I was not present when the work was done. My husband was home and working so he did not inspect it properly when it was completed.

I got quotes from Richter Fencing and Handyman Construction. They both wanted to replace the one gate and fix the other 2 for 4 times the amount that Sandoval charged. I was impressed with the speed in which he fixed them and how sturdy that they are. He was very responsive when I called to schedule the appointment and was very punctual on the estimate call and the actual appointment time. VERY happy and would highly recommend.
