It seemed fine. They had it changed quickly. I didn't have to sit there and wait for long. I had priced some other places and they seemed to be really expensive; $600 or something. This was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper than that. My overall experience was fine. With regard to price, it was cheaper than the other places; that's why I went there. I got the name of the place from Angie's List. One place I went, they wanted $600. With regard to quality, I don't know that much about tires, they seem fine. I just got out of the hospital after a couple of months, so I haven't driven it lately. It's been sitting in one place. With regard to punctuality, they took me right away and had the tires on. I thought it was a good time. I thought I would be sitting there for a while.

Excellent. Mark and Eric took the time to meet my needs. I was visiting Las Vegas (we have a second home there) with my family - I go there often to visit my parents. The night before, while driving home, I hit the curb of one of the center islands. At first I thought it caused my tire to blow out. Thinking I only needed a new tire, I looked on Angie's List to find a reputable place that was close by to have AAA tow me there for repairs. I found BRUCE SCHERS Goodyear. I called and explained that I needed to get back to LA by that same evening. Unfortunately I did not have just a tire blow out, but the center island that I hit also cause damage to the rim and the rod assembly. I have a new CMax, so all the parts have to come directly from Ford. Mark and Eric called around and found all the parts needed to get us back on the road. They were done by 3:00 pm and we were on our way back to LA. The mechanic did an outstanding job as did Mark and Eric. I will definitely go there again and recommend them to anyone in the area. The work was performed quickly and the price was exactly as quoted. Staff was friendly and professional.

They did a good job on the service and they were able to work me in on a Saturday afternoon. My only complaint is that when I got in the car after the service I could tell that they have went through my glove compartment and storage between the front seats. I couldn't tell that they took anything but it did raise questions. They may have been looking for the wheel lock, but if that was the case I would have preferred that they ask me for it instead of searching through the car on their own.

I went in right when they opened on a Saturday morning, but it turns out the mechanics don't get there until about 20 minutes or so after they open; so I ended up waiting a little longer than I would have liked. But they have a nice waiting room with a TV and a remote (so you're not stuck watching just one channel). I had a coupon for a free oil change (I think they sent them out because they closed their Flamingo location). I ended up paying $26 for a new air filter (which I know I could buy cheaper at an auto supply store and probably put in myself, but this was convenient). In addition to changing the oil, they gave the car a seven-point inspection and found nothing that needed immediate attention. They mentioned that the car still has its original hoses (the car is seven years old) and that I should consider replacing them at some point if I intend to keep the car, but it was just a suggestion, and I did not feel pressured. I like this because it makes me feel better about trusting them. I've been to other repair shops that *always* find something that needs to be done *right now*; so this was a definite improvement. They are very close to my house; so I'll absolutely use them again for my minor auto maintenance.
