About us

1Warranty began in September 2014 as a Wyoming based company set upon servicing Wyoming residents. We have surveyed our vendors and found out what works and doesn't with other warranty companies and do business more efficiently with them which means they can service our customers more efficiently. Currently we sell directly through Real Estate Brokers and Agents. We hope to open up to individual purchases in 2016.

There are some limits to what we will or will not cover as there are in all home warranty programs but we feel after examining our top 20 competitors that we have a very competitive program.
