I can't say enough about how invaluable Joanne Madden has been to our family. Since we started our relationship with her 4 years ago, she has always been helpful and supportive.  Joanne is very personable, extremely knowledgeable about the Marin area and very low pressure.  She was recommended to us by a mutual friend.  When we first called her we were considering moving up to Marin but were not quite ready to make the move.  She offered to show us around the different areas and gave us a great deal of insight into the pros and cons of the various areas of Marin including insights into the school districts and other attributes. She spent a great deal of time with us, considering our needs as a family.  When we were ready to move she found us the perfect home.  There were five other bidders and Joanne helped us negotiate and get the house.  She continues to check up on us regularly and recently helped us with our refinancing. This was our first time buying a house so her help was very significant.  She found us the right house for our family, in a  wonderful area with great schools.  Four years later, we couldn't be happier.  I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent, she is by far the best.
