Very unprofessional. Owner, Kirk hired a non-english speaking man to assist and it was obvious neither were professional movers. They used none of the methods excellent movers use and took much longer because of this. They damaged my home and refused to fix the damage. He told me he thought it was easy enough for me to fix but I neither had the time, materials or knowledge and did not think I should have to fix his errors. His math was off when he added up the bill and the whole experience was very upsetting. I cannot prove it but I believe my 32 inch TV was damaged by him as well. I used him because he had a coupon in Marin Express, this was definitely a case of getting what you paid for.
