we hired Debbie and she did everything, She painted the interior had the place cleaned along with the windows. She then staged our home. The place never looked better. It sold in no time at the price we wanted. The best part was all of the home improvements were paid by Debbie as part of her listing agreement

wow, what a great realtor. Debbie helped us fix up our home to get it ready to sell. Once she was done she then staged our house it never looked better, It then sold in about 10 days at full price. We were very happy.

We had used Debbie on another house we owned ( a rental). This time we needed to sell our mothers home. Debbie took care of everything. She cleaned mom's home then had a stager come in and help declutter,then added some plants and pictures. the house never looked better. We got a full price offer about month after it was listed.  Debbie even picked up the cost of cleaning and staging as part of her commission. She also reduced her commission to help our mom out. She was great, we would never look for another realtor. We would highly recommend her.

She is a great realtor. She was very conscientious and helpful. She helped us find a house that met our needs and was affordable. She also put me us in contact with good contractors that helped us get the home in shape.

I called Debbie to help me find a home in Escondido. After a couples weeks of looking she found me the perfect home, we even got it before it went on the MLS. She helped me get a really great price. I Even had enough money left over put in new floors. Which was a surprise . I would say that i was more than completely happy and would use her again for sure. I am very happy in my new home.

Before she even listed our home she showed up and actually cleaned it and cleaned the windows too. Then she brought in furniture, pictures and flowers and staged our home. All at no cost to us. The first weekend she held an open house with very long hours. After about a week we had a full price offer, however they wanted lots of money to do all the repairs that we could just not afford to do. Debbie offered to do many of the repairs paid out of her commission. In the end we got our full price offer with very minimal costs. It was great and amazing job by Debbie we just cant say enough good things about her.
