Kevin did an amazing job in my book! Scheduled for A Saturday and I couldn't make it but supposing my my realtor showed up. He was thorough with his inspection and the reason that I know this for certain is because the same day he sent me the report. The report was several pages with detailed pictures and important comments and detailed pictures of key elements like the water heater and furnace. Highly recommended! A++
