It's good on phone line but not on WIFI.  I have some problems and I have Verizon for 25 years.  I went over there to try to re-set my phone because it was messing out and I don't know how to do it.  The people there tried to sell me a phone; they didn't want to help me with my problem from my phone I just bought a year ago; after you buy the phone then leave; then just pretty much it.  I'm stuck in the contract.

When the repairman came to the house, he was able to solve the problem.  The problem came from an offer for "Upgraded/faster service."

The problem as it turned out was theirs at the time they made the change.  They turned on the wrong program.  It only took them a week to find and fix the problem.  Other than that, I guess the service is OK.
