 + 0 moreIt's good on phone line but not on WIFI. I have some problems and I have Verizon for 25 years. I went over there to try to re-set my phone because it was messing out and I don't know how to do it. The people there tried to sell me a phone; they didn't want to help me with my problem from my phone I just bought a year ago; after you buy the phone then leave; then just pretty much it. I'm stuck in the contract.

Description of Work: They bought out my cell phone provider so I was forced to change phones. I elected to upgrade for myself and a family member who is out of state at college. 15 min. after I ordered the phones, I learned I ordered the wrong color. So I immediately called to change the color before it was even removed from the shelf. No one could help me. So, they advised my family member go to the local Verizon store to change the color of the phone. They wanted to charge a $35 restocking fee even tho the phone was still in it's box and wrapper. Then they created two separate accounts for each phone instead of the one special deal account agreed to on the phone. Then, when I paid the two separate bills with one check (account #'s written on the check with the separate amounts totaled for them) They sent me a notice that I hadn't paid one of the accounts. They are very user un-friendly though their phone people are very nice and polite. They have no ability to solve customer glitches and problems. I do NOT recommend them.

 + -1 moreWhen the repairman came to the house, he was able to solve the problem. The problem came from an offer for "Upgraded/faster service." The problem as it turned out was theirs at the time they made the change. They turned on the wrong program. It only took them a week to find and fix the problem. Other than that, I guess the service is OK.
Description of Work: It was not performing correctly.
