It went well. At first, the water heater was "fixed" until the parts that were ordered came in. Sadly, the replacement parts wouldn't fix the problem, so we had to get a replacement. Had it installed within 24 hours.

The Plumber, James, arrived in a very timely manner. He surveyed the problem end and provided immediate resolution. He began work immediately and finished in moderate time. The plumbing problem has been resolved, yet the water damage to the floor, baseboard and walls still remain. The Plumber referred me to a reputable company in the area to resolve the water damage issue. Overall, The Plumber was professional and indeed a pleasure to work with. By the way, this work was performed on a Sunday afternoon (how about that?). Highly recommended company,,,

Marc and his crew were amazing. The insurance co. sent them, and Marc went so far above and beyond to find the problem and help me with short and long term fixes that I chose them to do the work that wasnt covered by my policy. His crew worked tirelessly and were so nice it made a bad situation a little better for me. There was a little more problem than expected but the price stayed as quoted and so far everything is working wonderfully. I will definitely call them for any future problems.

I had a dispute with the owner about the his plumber's definition on the word "everything" as it pertained to the fee. The owner's initial reaction was judmental, but he did make things right in the end.

"I informed [Member name removed] that i would pull the invoices and review when we were in the office on Monday. Due to the nature of [Member name removed] communication, i felt i should respond to his feelings that he was not aware of the AHS service fee. I apologize if [Member name removed] did not want an explanation or wanted to give me an opportunity to go over the invoices and talk to the technician and then respond. I am glad that he was happy with the service and the technician. I was unaware of any issue at time of service or when the invoices were paid. No one is perfect, no issue was brought to my attention at the time of service. We are happy to review this situation and communicate with [Member name removed] in a positive manner. Hopefully he is open to communicate after i can review the invoices and talk to the technician Monday morning. [Member name removed] comments are how he feels about this transaction. There was no intent to have this issue with [Member name removed] and we do not run our business in the manner he has communicated. I will be in contact with him Monday morning and see if we can resolve his issue. If an error in communication was made on our part we will absolutely refund [Member name removed] the Service Fee."

Mark was very professional and unclogged the drain very quick. He was also very informative on what my options were if the drain clogs again. He was vey thorough at making sure the drain is unclogged before he left.

I am disabled senior so I have a home warrenty program, ( The Plumber is a contracted provider for them) so they came out on the contracted call. It turned out, all that was needed was an o-ring( a whole $1.50 in supplies) Then he told me , my warrenty company did not cover this repair, and I would also have to pay his company fee also.I had not had water in that sink for two weeks and had him do the fix. So I ended up paying $171.50 for a o-ring! (I KNOW I AM AN IDIOT). I really didn't think it was correct and figured that I would take it up with my warranty company later. When i called my warranty company , I was very surprised when they told me that their contacted providers not only collect the warrenty call fee but they were also allowed to collect any other call fees they wanted/needed to (like his companies call fee) when they did and quot; non-covered repairsand quot;. So I paid a call fee for the warranty call and his company call fee and to make matters worst he will most likely get a payment from my warranty company also.
The service man was a really nice guy but i am still aghast that they would take advantage like that. I will now ask these questions in advance of a service call.

They informed us that we actually didn't need a plumber for this issue. Showed us what we needed to do. We flushed out the water heater. Great guy with helpful info.
